As founder & CEO, Ken ensures Scalesology is delivering innovative and scaleable solutions for clients while providing a positive atmosphere of integrity and respect for employees.
Ken has led technology company operations and sales teams for over 20 years. He has created and managed the development of multiple technology services/products, which gained national awards for innovation. Ken has the unique ability to translate business requirements into technology functionality. His mindset for listening to his clients and delivering problem solving solutions has increased his client's efficiently using technology, sales of products/services, and overall revenue. Ken has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University.

As COO, Terry integrates Scalesology's information security and development operations to produce sustainable solutions.
Terry has incredible breadth and depth of technology experience focusing on information security for over two decades. With expertise ranging from evaluating and optimizing security programs, to building Security Operations Centers (SOCs), to security tool development, there is no problem too big or too small for him to solve. Terry effectively applies this knowledge and experience across a broad range of clients as he seamlessly weaves his expertise enhancing the team and the client's scalability. Terry has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.

As Regional Manager of the West, Marty ensures Scalesology is delivering innovative and scaleable solutions for clients while facilitating direct to clients solutions and working with Channel and Partnership relations.
Marty has consulted for over two decades with clients ranging from start-ups/mid-sized up to fortune 500 organizations. His scope ranges from Data Networks, Cloud hosting and complex Data-Com-Telephony solutions. He is dedicated in listening to his clients and understanding the gaps between their People/Operations and their Technology. Only then can we deliver unbiased problem-solving solutions that drive efficiencies and harmony between the technology and the people using it. Marty has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas.
