This Insurance Brokerage Firm specializes in providing customized solutions for homeowner associations and residential cooperatives. At the same time, they needed to ensure that all sensitive client data input into the AI system was fully protected, preventing exposure to third-party applications or public platforms.

Scalesology designed and implemented a private generative AI Bot that functions like a ChatGPT interface but with enterprise-grade security. Unlike public AI tools, this solution was deployed within a secure Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environment, ensuring that all prompts and data remained private, isolated, and inaccessible to outside entities.
Beyond security, Scalesology applied AI-powered automation to process unstructured data. Address data from clients comes in many forms: Documents, Spreadsheets, even scans of handwritten lists. Scalesology used an advanced AI-powered engine to extract the text from these sources, verify the addresses with an industry standard database, then used machine learning techniques to map the addresses to individual buildings based on multiple criteria including clustering and computer vision. This freed up agent time to more valuable tasks than data entry and tedious explorations of online maps.
RESULT
The Scalesology AI Bot and automation workflows significantly improved operational efficiency by eliminating repetitive manual tasks and reducing the time required to generate quotes and insurance documents. Accuracy increased through standardized data handling, while the secure VPC deployment ensured that confidential client information remained protected at all times.
