A Non-Profit Management Consulting Firm wanted to grow and scale their business but did not have efficient or reliable operational processes in place. In an effort to improve their processes, this non-profit organization engaged Scalesology to review their operational processes, and then determine the best software to enable their company to either maintain or enhance their current operational processes used during everyday business. Their goal with these improvements was to focus on solutions that are simple, cost effective, and include some sort of automation to reduce the amount of manual, time consuming, valuable work time along with helping them keep track of their assets.

Scalesology began with conducting an in-depth assessment of the company’s current processes. After the assessment Scalesology conducted research to find the best solutions tailored to their needs for the best price. Scalesology then generated a report of findings to give and present to the company along with the recommendations. After the recommendations were discussed, phase two began where Scalesology helped the Non-Profit Management Consulting Firm set-up and put the recommendations in place. Going through each recommendation and getting the technology set-up one by one with the company, ensuring they know how to utilize the software or application before moving on to the next recommendation.

RESULT
At this time, the second phase of putting the recommendations in place are still slowly but surely being rolled out, but the Non-Profit Management Consulting Firm is happy with the improvements made thus far. As this process continues, Scalesology has been available for any support or questions regarding these changes as needed, and Scalesology continues to make sure all best practices are in place when implementing these changes to ensure all of their information is secure and safe.
