BUSINESS PROBLEM

This non-profit organization provides web application services to elevate the impact of IT on higher education. However, these services were built from disparate systems with incompatible technologies. As a result the user experience was not seamless, the user interfaces had a disjointed look-and-feel, and response times for data requests could take several hours.

SCALESOLOGY IN ACTION

A modern framework was implemented and developed to deliver a lightweight enterprise web solution with scalable and cloud-ready single page applications and reporting options for several of their services. We also implemented integration with Single Sign On and other necessary 3rd party applications.

RESULT
Using one framework for their services provided a cohesive user experience across several key web-based services, as well as a mobile-friendly interface. In addition, the organization’s efficiency and productivity was enhanced as multiple systems no longer needed to be maintained and supported.​
